Your visual brand isn’t complete when you get a starter kit - you have all the foundations and strategy, but now it's time to implement.
Every business needs the basics - the elements included in the Noteworthy Visual Brand Starter Kit - but after that your design needs are going to vary based on your business and marketing strategies.
I offer three sizes of Brand Design Support packages that can be used for whatever design needs you have during a month.

You will receive a confirmation of your requested hours or an explanation why it was denied.
Hours are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Invoices for that month's hours are sent on the first of the month and are due within the following 7 days.
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will be responsible for 50% of the fee.
Q: What kind of work can I use the monthly retainer for?
Basically any design work I'm qualified for!
That could include: SquareSpace setup & design, print design (business cards, apparel, flyers, books, etc.), social media design, web asset design, etc.
If you have a particular project you're not sure falls into those categories, just shoot me an email and I'll let you know if I can help.
Q: How many months do I have to commit to?
As many or as few as you want! There's no minimum.
Q: What turnaround time can I expect?
1-2 business days for smaller projects or rounds of edits, and for larger projects, I'll give you a date you can expect the first draft by based on complexity and scope.
Q: What If I Have an Urgent Project?
Urgent projects aren't out of the question as long as long as you already have bought time with me that month - text me as soon as you have details and the deadline (I'll provide my phone number once we start working together) and I'll let you know if I'm able to make it work. Usually I can make rush projects work, unless I'm already working on a rush project for another client.
Rush projects are counted as 1.5x the hours.
Q: Do Hours Rollover?
Half of your unused hours rollover to the next month, rounded down. So if you have 1.25 hours left at the end of the month, 0.5 hours will be added to the next month's hours.
Q: What if you take a vacation?
All clients affected by any time off are notified two weeks in advance of my vacation, so that I can assure everything they need is completed before I leave.
Any month where I take more than three business days off, any of your unused hours will rollover to the next month without penalty.
Q: What if I end up needing more hours in a month?
You may request more hours if you run out of time during the month, but whether or not I'll be able to make that work will depend on my current load.
Basically, feel free to ask, but there's no guarantee that you'll be able to increase your hours once the month has started.
